    This season's Emporio Armani men's show began with the shoes. Dubbed T he Wave , these molded rubber concoctions derived their off-kilter proportions from the texture of a weaved basket. Much like the collection itself, they proved Mr Armani as no one trick pony; a maestro of classicism and refinement, angled more so now at a youthful customer.
